The International Conference on Energy and Cities (ICEC) will be held in Southampton, UK from 10 to 12 July 2019. The International Conference on Energy and Cities (ICEC) addressed Energy and Cities with special emphasis on renewable energy, low carbon technologies, sensing and data analytics approaches within, and beyond, city boundaries. The Conference is the second in series of forums promoted by the International Low Carbon City, Neighborhood, Building Academic Alliance (IAA-LCCNB).
The Conference brings together academic researchers, local and municipal authorities and industry to covers technical and policy solutions needed to achieve energy efficiency, reduced consumption, and provide thermal comfort in buildings. It is also open to smart technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things and approaches to optimize city operations for the benefit of the citizens.
